About Me
My passion is engaging with clients in the fields of Equine Therapy, Mindfulness, Counselling and Psychotherapy.
It is rewarding to work from our Kuitpo farm that allows me to experience natural in all it's glory, practicing mindfulness techniques while observing the herd daily. I have a keen interest in herbalism and currently studying my level 3 in The Family Herbalism Course. I love working with herbs with my own horses and my dog and seeing the beneficial results.
I love all animals, especially my horse Verse, whom I am blessed to share over 29 years with so far. I have a herd of 6 that I work with me in the Equine Therapy. Horses have this amazing ability to help you feel relaxed, calm and joyful after spending time with them. They have shown me how to be a student and a teacher. They bring so many special gifts and I would like to share them with you.
Other things you may want to know about me is that I have been exploring the spiritual aspects for over 10 years that has helped me to gain a holistic point of view of many modalities in a non judgemental way.
